Dr. Bryan Hux is a native of Bogue Chitto, MS. He worked in private practice for over 6 years before joining the U.S. Army Veterinary Corps where he served over 21 years. He resides in Bogue Chitto with his wife, Paige, and his son. They attend Easthaven Baptist Church. They have one dog, a Labrador named Lula and two cats, Cheeto and Spaz.

Dr. Hux received his Master's of Veterinary Science from Auburn University. He received his doctorate in veterinary medicine from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997.
